AFFILIATE MANAGERS JOB DESCRIPTION
Word of Mouth, Referral Services arranged by Affiliates from their own Contacts, Market Research and Services Introduction Strategies.
Must enjoy a good, positive personality, easy in making relationship with new clients.
Must have made a plenty of connections in business/industrial/customer services circles that he feels comfortable to check back and introduce our Business Plans.
Must have a Professional Place to invite his clients to see him if needed, like his current office or his residence, for a Free Lance, part-time job efforts.
Must be able to conduct his promotional activities in his free time, usually after his present job is done, in the evening, at his own cost and arrangement, so as to finally be entitled to receive a high Commission.

 PROHIBITIONS:
Affiliate Managers work independently, introducing the Westland Immigrant Investors’ Program to their wealthy clients who own good Assets. They use their own Visiting Cards and try to arrange a Final Orientation Meeting of their Interested Client with the CEO, Westland Mr. M. Ismail.
The Affiliate Managers are not empowered or authorized to sign up a client on behalf of Westland by themselves.
The Affiliate Managers are not allowed or expected to receive or charge or bill any amount from prospects of in hand clients, on any pretext, reason, logic of whatsoever nature. Westland does not charge its clients till his SUCCESS from the BIQ office, Canada.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. ALL POSITIONS ARE ONLY OPEN TO HOLDERS OF HIGH ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.
2. 5 YEARS EXPERIECE AND NEEDING HIGH COMPENSATION FOR A ‘FREE LANCE PART TIME ENGAGEMENT’ AS AN AFFILIATE MANAGER, PURELY ON HANDSOME COMMISSION AND GENUINE EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE APPLICANT PROPERLY BILLED WITH EVIDENCE AND PAYABLE WITH COMMISSION ONLY.
3. The Affiliate Managers must be already employed with some reliable company in a Marketing Field and can arrange to visit or ask his clients to visit him at that place. He must provide evidence that he is genuinely approachable in a respectable environment with a good status and contact details. Personal Reliability and Credibility are a must for any APPLICANT.
PROGRAM TRAINING BY WESTLAND:
Westland is providing free training for following Marketing Professionals for Promotion of the Financing Facility from its Canadian Bank "Desjardins, Montreal" for its team in Karachi and Big Cities of Pakistan.
WESTLAND trains MARKETING EXPERTS for free from trades like INSURANCE, BANKING, Sales, Relationship Marketing, Business Developers, Management Consultants, Real Estate and Advertisers etc. They learn how to market our Program. They reach out to use their CONTACTS & introduce our Financing Facility for Rich Individuals interested in Very Fast Canadian Immigration. COMPENSATION:
We pay out $ 9,000/= in 3 parts as per the progress of a referred signed up deal. The Mode of Commission payment is detailed in a MOU with the Affiliate Mangers which is signed once he and Westland finally agree to hire the gentleman for this assignment in writing (MOU).
MODE OF PAYMENTS:
The due Commission of US $ 9000 is payable on each successful Referral Client’s Deal in the following manner:
1. When the Client signs up a Deal Agreement along with depositing Official Quebec Immigration Fees Demand Draft of an International Bank with Westland (with the Referral Partner mentioned therein as a Witness and Referring Source), we pay: $ 1000
2. When the case is processed, the client attends a Selection Interview at Hong Kong. Upon a successful outcome, he receives Intimation to deposit C$ 180,000 as the Minimum Financing Cost for investment of full amount by the bank added with Contribution, (Being mark up cost, it is not refundable). Once this payment to Quebec Immigration Minister is sent and accepted officially, we pay: $ 5000
3. The client receives a Certificate of Selection for Quebec (CSQ) within 3 months from Government Authorities. A further documentation for obtaining Immigrant Visas for self and family require submission of the CSQ with remaining Federal Government Documentation, police clearance and medical for the whole family. When the client receives his visas on passports, we pay the remaining US $ 3000.
A proper Work-Contract with the Referral Partners is executed with above terms in a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU for reference) when they show their acceptance to start working with Westland.
